MADISON WEST ATHLETICS

Serve up some fun & support Regent Athletics at the 1st Annual WEST ATHLETIC BOOSTERS PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT!

Parents, community members, and pickleball fans of all levels are invited to join us for an afternoon of friendly competition, great prizes, and community spirit.

Date: Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 1 to 5 pm (Games begin at 2 pm)

Location: Dill Dinkers Pickleball, 5004 Tradewinds Pkwy

Entry: $100 Team Entry Fee

Format:

• 2–4 players per team (all players must be age 21+)

• Every team plays 4 guaranteed 12‑minute games

• Top 2 teams from each pool advance to the finals

Other Fun Activities: 50/50 draw, silent auction & wine pull!

No charge to attend, watch the pickleball tournament, participate in the auctions & raffle, & join in the fun!

All proceeds will be used by the West Athletic Boosters to support Regent Athletics.

Who We Are

West Athletic Boosters is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on strengthening the West Athletic program by providing funding for uniforms, equipment, and other essentials that school budgets don't cover; and bringing families and the community together to support and celebrate Regent Athletics.

What We Do

Support Teams

We have donated more than $500,000 to Regent athletics in the last 15 years.

• This includes uniforms & equipment for individual teams as well as general use items like the new weight room, video analysis tools, & turf field.

We provide teams with opportunities & resources to fundraise at the team level.

Build Community

We promote school spirit and family / community engagement in many ways.

• Hosting fun events.

• Providing updates on West Athletics.

• Selling Regent flags & other merchandise.

• Getting parent representatives from all teams together to support West Athletics.

How to Get Involved

BECOME A MEMBER - it only costs $10/year. As a West Athletic Boosters member, you will become part of the booster community, receive updates on West Athletics, invitations to all WAB events, special offers, and more.

Participate in West Athletic Boosters events. Athletics Kick-Off, Trivia Night vs. Madison Memorial, Rally for Regents, Regent Golf Outing, Restaurant Nights, Movin’ West, and other fun events.

Volunteer. Participate as a booster liaison for one of your child’s team, join in a fundraising activity, help at a booster club event, etc.
